What makes our studio unique? As soon as you step foot into our studio your choice is whether to kick off your 5.30am training on our permanent 10 station circuit. Too early and keep pressing snooze, you have the option to jump onto the circuit any time then between 5.30am to 9am and then again from 4.30pm to 8pm. No set start times on our Studio Circuit and the other bonus you decide the length of your workout. Only have 20 minutes to spare no probs or want to complete as many rounds as possible then go for it!

STUDIO CIRCUIT

  With over 500 different combinations, Studio Circuit is the perfect way to maximise a total body workout at your chosen start time and duration across our 10 different stations. As you press, squat, sprint, crawl and push your way through the circuit, Studio coaches keep you on point, ensuring you get the most from your circuit session. 

STRENGTH

Our strength day will have you, pressing, squatting, lifting, crunching and pushing your way through the circuit, Studio coaches keep you on point, ensuring you get the most from your Strength workout session. 

ASSAULT

A seriously heart-pounding, adrenaline-inducing throw down of a workout. It incorporates interval training, utilising speed coupled with strength conditioning training. If it’s a challenge you want this is definitely the class for you.

COMPOUND

Lift your game by performing exercises that use multiple muscle groups at the same time for each exercise as you move from station to station on our specific Compound day.

TABATA

Our take on the Tabata protocol is proven to improve your fitness - 20 second bursts of high intensity training followed by 10 seconds of rest. An endless stream of full body strength based exercises to challenge yourself in this work out session knowing that the effects will last long after its over.

POWER

The ultimate power workout. High-intensity explosive movements, intense bursts of high repetition exercises with 20 second rest intervals that will have you buzzing after this strong  powerful circuit session
