At Studio Technic, the fitness folk of Richmond and beyond come together to sweat it out to trendy tunes in a safe and motivating environment. Your challenge will be deciding what goal are you aiming to achieve from your workout. Will it be to exert maximal amount of force in one of our strength class or feel like doing something over and over to test your endurance. Reach your fat burning zone with intense short bursts of exercise in a HITT class or looking to tone up, we’ll crank up the resistance to make sure you wont get over your 12th rep.

HIIT LADDER

  Everything you love about HIIT, with five core exercises repeated on a descending ratio of exertion and rest. Awesome for fitness, strength and leg tone, HIIT Ladder challenges you to go the distance

HITT SUPREMACY

Lift your game by adding weights to this popular high-intensity workout. Focusing more on strength and resistance training than cardio, HIIT Supremacy builds muscle and burns fat, with powerful bursts of exercise that will have you looking superhero svelte.

HITT & RUN

The perfect session to sweat and shred the most in the shortest possible time. Using an intense combination of resistance & strength training, the goal here is to maximise your work under 45 minutes to deliver fast results in a fun and challenging session

HIIT ME UP

The ultimate cardio hit. A fast-paced, high-intensity workout combining short, intense bursts of floor exercises with rest intervals that will have you buzzing like a Brownlow medallist.

EXTEND IN 7

A HIIT class with seven-minute intervals of strength and conditioning. If you are looking to improve all body strength and endurance, then Extend in 7 is for you. This circuit class consists of several exercises performed in 1-minute intervals with no rest. Each section is programmed to focus on upper body, legs and core.

LUCKY DIP

Feeling lucky? Just the session to raise your spirits, this class is full of intrigue – from strength to endurance and every HIIT in between. A mystery assortment of different classes is what really makes this the luck dip!

FOUR TO THE FLOOR

Are you chasing buns of steel, toned legs and flatter abs our signature Four to the Floor class is for you! Using a combination of weights and floor exercises focusing on thighs, hips, glutes and abs this class will have you shaking your booty like a polaroid picture

ASSAULT

A seriously heart-pounding, adrenaline-inducing throw down of a workout. It incorporates interval training, utilising speed coupled with strength conditioning training. If it’s a challenge you want this is definitely the class for you.

HIIT THE SWITCH

Get yourself super fit by switching gears in this high intensity Tabata class. Starting first gear with a kettlebell swing then quickly switching into second gear with a medicine ball toss in the air. Battling it out with a variety of equipment will have you hitting the switch for time out!

HIIT 36

Don’t let the time fool you! This quick and effective 36-minute sweat session will have you pushing yourself hard with fast paced, challenging intense bursts of 20 seconds exercises, utilising every piece of equipment - your afterburn experience is the class that keeps on giving!   

HIIT THE DECK

Plank you very much for my six pack .. You'll be feeling the gratitude after this abdominal workout combining bodyweight and fitness equipment well have you holding a plank, combined with sit ups and other mid section moves. This class is your fast-track to fab abs

KETTLEBELL BLITZ

This killer ballistic weight class will work your body as one unit, improving tone, body composition and strength, while also giving you a great cardio workout. You’ll feel like popeye on and iv of spinach concentrate

HIIT 24

  Don’t let the time fool you! This quick and effective 24-minute sweat session will have you pushing yourself hard with fast paced, challenging intense bursts of 20 seconds exercises, utilising every piece of equipment - your afterburn experience is the class that keeps on giving!   

TRX 

Just when you thought you were a TRX titan, along comes our circuit class to push you right out of your comfort zone. You’ll be working every single muscle with our rotating TRX exercises to challenge your strength, agility, coordination and balance.

STRENGTH & LADDERS

Roll the dice and push yourself to the limit with this strength-based HIIT-style class. We ditch the cardio for dumbbells and get your muscles pumping in a work-rest interval sesh that will have you looking spesh

5 - 4 - 3 -2 - 1 

5 Zones – 5 minutes, 4 minutes, 3 minutes, 2 minutes, 1 minute - 2 rounds thru
This class takes your endurance and strength to the next level using various equipment and bodyweight exercises to deliver a great total body burn.
